I'm on the hunt for popsicle molds. We've already had way too many 90-degree days and it's only June. The only way I'm going to endure this heat is with a freezer full of frozen treats, so let's get this old-school popsicle train rolling.
If you find any decent popsicle molds, please post! I have some very crappy ones from the dollar store that worked for only a few times before they cracked. Have you seen the Paletas cookbook? http://www.amazon.com/Paletas-Authentic-Recipes-Mexican-Frescas/dp/1607740354 It's pretty good; if I lived in a warmer climate it would be part of my library. Also, loved your part II post on the alliday party - I'm thinking I need to be a part of the 2016 festivities. :)
